About a week ago, KBShimmer listed a set of 6 polishes to "Love It Buy It" (which is a part of E! News) for $20 -- 60% off the retail value! With a steal like that, I had to purchase them. I spent yesterday swatching them and, I have to say, I love every single one. The set of 6 is called the "Big Bold Love" collection and has an assortment of cremes, glitters, and a multi-chrome! Today, I have the swatches for you and a little review of each polish.

Ikat Print Nails
Alright. The semester had begun again. And I hate it already. Ha. Anyways, I had posted on my instagram earlier this week the mani I did for the first day of classes. I chose an ikat print because that's what I did for the first day of first semester. Also, I just love this design! This is my 3rd time doing it! I figured I'd do a little pictorial for the blog today.

A Night In Vegas REVIEW
Major huge blog post!! I hope you all enjoyed this week in Vegas with me! I had a really fun time experimenting with these polishes. Now that I've tried them all out I have a big (and hopefully informative) collective review for you guys. I'll be including lots of information so feel free to jump around wherever you're interested. :)

A Week In Vegas - Day 6
Today's Vegas post is a simple dotticure. I started off with a black base using China Glaze "Liquid Leather" which is a wonderful black polish by the way. I them made some white dots on each nail to create a base for the neon polishes to come. I then broke out my Pipe Dream Polish "A Night In Vegas" collection yet again and turned those white polka dots into neon rainbow ones. By the time I was done I decided to add a couple mini white dots in the empty spaces with a toothpick. And that's it! Really quite easy but still pretty. Now just one more day in Vegas so I'll be back with that tomorrow! <3

A Week In Vegas - Day 5
Are you getting sick of these polishes yet? I'm not! Today I have an ombré design for you, but it's not just any gradient — it's a vertical gradient! My first ever actually. Same technique but you just rotate the sponge 90 degrees. I started with a white base and used the entire "A Night In Vegas" collection from Pipe Dream Polish to accomplish this rainbow gradient. I topped it off with a holographic topcoat from Dainty Digits Polish called "Galactic Blast" and I love how it transformed the look!
Short post for today! I'll be back tomorrow!

A Week In Vegas - Day 4
Another WaterMarble!!! What?!
This was actually the first thing I did with my A Night In Vegas collection by the order got messed up. I was really just practicing to see how these would watermarble and trying out different patterns I'd never tried before — hence the mix-matched theme. I included a collage of all my nails so you can see how each design worked. The quality isn't the greatest, but you get the idea.
Hope you have a good day and I'll be back tomorrow! <3

A Week In Vegas - Day 3
Today's design is a super common and fairly easy one, but one I absolutely love! Not much of a tutorial because I just used some striping tape, but I started off with a base of Sinful Colors "Snow Me White" and added a coat of HK Girl Top Coat from Glisten & Glow to make sure it was fully dry. Then I applied some striping tape lines on each nail with a fancy "X" design on the accent nail. I then did a coat of Pipe Dream Polish "Light Of Day" and immediately removed the tape with tweezers. Then I added a final coat of HK Girl to smooth out the design. :) Hope you enjoyed and I'll be back tomorrow! <3

A Week In Vegas - Day 2
5 minutes later and we're onto day 2!
It was inevitable that a watermarble would happen — A Night In Vegas are notorious for being watermarble PERFECTION!
I used the entire collection for this design and I'm super happy with it! Well, except for my middle finger, but that was my own fault for messing it up and trying to re-dunk it — only muting the neon rainbow. I should have just redone it completely but oh well.
Watermarbling is stressful enough that I wasn't even going to try to take pictures of the steps. There's already so many tutorials out there too! I'd suggest visiting Tiffany's Instagram (@mrswhite8907) because she has several good tutorials — one of which I used for this design! :)
Talk to you tomorrow! <3
A Week In Vegas - Day 1
If you haven't seen on Instagram, I'm dedicating this week to my Pipe Dream Polish "A Night In Vegas" Collection! It completely slipped my mind yesterday to write the first blog post, so I'm sorry it's late. The first design I did was a hot pink tribal design. I used my new Color Club "Harp On It" (which is a must have by the way) as my base. Then I used small tetris vinyls from Vinyl Quickies and skinny chevron vinyls from What's Up Nail Store to create the tribal look with the pink shade from the ANIV collection ("On The List"). I wasn't quite content so I added some polka dots and finished with top coat! Now onto writing today's blog post! :)
