Neon Hibiscus Summer Nail Art

Two days later and I'm already back?! YES! I've been on an even more extreme nail polish kick lately and I'm already back to give you another tutorial. This time, with a super bright and summery manicure featuring neon hibiscus flowers. Enjoy!

Step 1:
Start by painting all of your nails white.

Step 2:
Choose some bright neon polishes for the hibiscuses (autocorrect isn't changing that so I'm just gonna roll with it). You could do one color for each nail like I did or do all the same color. Dip a medium sized dotting tool into your polish and freehand the petals of the flower. Don't be scared to mess up, they should look a little jagged or wavy and they by no means have to be identical to each other.

Step 3:
Dip your smallest dotting tool into black polish and make a couple dots in the center of the petals, varying the amount depending on how much empty space there is.

Step 4:
Come back in with each color and make large polka dots on the accent nail(s). Then pop a medium sized black dot in the center of each colored dot. Finally, come back in with your smallest dotting tool dipped in black polish and fill in the empty spaces.

And that's how you get this perfect summer manicure. I'm in love with the neon colors of this design and how they pop against the black and white. Have fun!
